I put the ZROADZ lights on my truck last week, night driving is soooo much better now. The beam is super bright, the spread is really solid, and I haven’t noticed any weird flickering so far. Happy with them overall

The site looks really clean overall... and the truck photos make a big difference. The product pages were easy to follow, not too cluttered, and the black and orange style feels like it fits the brand really well.
I’d probably give it 4 stars just because a few pages felt a little busy when I was on my phone. But design-wise, yeah... it looks solid, and browsing around was easy enough...

It’s good stuff overall, but uh, I do think it’s a little pricey for what you get

My order got here on time, maybe in about 3 or 4 days, so no issue there. The box was banged up though, and one corner was crushed in bad. I checked the parts and they seem fine from what I can tell, but I definitely wish they had used a little more packing material for shipping...

I ordered a light bar mount from ZROADZ, and honestly... the fitment was exactly what the site said it would be!!! It bolted right up to my truck with no weird gaps, no drilling, no messing around... nothing!!! Sure it took me longer to get everything out of the box than it did to actually install it lol. Super happy that it matched my exact year and model!!!

I don’t remember every little detail, but I do remember support getting back to me faster than I expected. They answered my question and had it sorted out the same day, which was all I needed.

I’d buy from ZROADZ again for sure. I’ve had the parts on my truck for a few weeks now and they still look great. the quality was better than I expected when everything showed up. The metal feels thick, the coating is clean, and the install went smoothly since everything lined up well. Nothing about it felt cheap or flimsy, which was a nice surprise.

Overall, the site does what it’s supposed to do, so I can’t say it’s bad. That said, the navigation could definitely use some improvement. It feels a little unintuitive at times, and I found myself clicking around more than I expected just to find basic things.

It held up okay through the winter and still works fine, so I can’t complain too much. The paint did start chipping afterward though, which was kind of disappointing. i expected it to look better for longer. Anyway, it’s still usable, so there’s that.

I got the parts on in the end, but wow, the install was more of a hassle than I expected. The instructions were kinda crap and I had to backtrack and redo a couple steps because they weren’t super clear. It wasn’t a total disaster or anything, just more annoying than it needed to be

I ordered from zroadz.com and, to be honest, I was kind of expecting the usual missing bolt or random washer situation you get with parts like this. Thankfully, that wasn’t the case at all. Everything was included, even the small washers and clips, and they were all bagged up neatly, which I really appreciated.

The install went smoothly mostly because I didn’t have to stop halfway through and make a trip to the hardware store. The instructions were decent, not perfect, but having all the hardware there made the whole job a lot less frustrating. Grateful it was packed right, and I’d definitely buy from them again.

Return was painless, refund showed up fast.

I figured it would take a few more days... but it got here really fast. Nice little surprise.

I ended up making it work, but I did have to spend extra time double-checking everything. It wasn’t a huge disaster or anything, but it would be nice if they took a little more care with orders since people are counting on getting the right parts the first time.

I had to reach out to zroadz about a warranty issue with my light bar mount. To be fair, they did respond and they eventually got it taken care of, but it took several emails and a lot of waiting around. I expected the warranty process to be a lot smoother than it was, so I felt a little misled there. The support wasn’t bad, just slower and more frustrating than I thought it would be. Giving 3 stars because they did help in the end, but the whole process could definitely be easier.
